Wanna help build Wasteland World events?
Wasteland World and it’s events would not be possible without the help of dedicated, reliable volunteers. It truly takes a small army in the “off-season” months leading up to Neotropolis and Wasteland Weekend to create and maintain the various pieces that make our immersive environments such a fun playground.
The Off-Season Off-Site Team are active at our California City base of operations, aka the Build Yard. This team are the folks that are largely responsible for creating, building, and maintaining all of the structures, storage, decor, and other things both creative and logistic for Neotropolis and Wasteland Weekend, sometimes simultaneously.
The Off-Site Off-Season Team is different than the on-site pre-event and during-event Build Crew.

We can use all manner of skills- from carpentry, electrical, mechanical, metalwork, painting, and various types of fabrication.
The Off Season team generally do 4 full days at our Build Yard in California City to earn an event ticket, to be used for
Neotropolis or Wasteland Weekend.
